Due to hygiene reasons, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

As part of our limited first drop and made-to-order model, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Pre-orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once placed.
