Orders & Production
How long does it take to receive my order?
All AANCHÉ pieces are made to order. Please allow 5–14 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location.
Can I rush my order?
We do not currently offer rush production. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for items especially that are low in stock or out of stock to allow for production and shipping time. Alternatively, email us at aancheofficial@gmail.com with your query and product details so we can help you better.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at aancheofficial@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each piece is made to order and due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aancheofficial@gmail.com with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
Materials & Care
What are AANCHÉ pieces made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from 18K PVD gold-plated 316L Stainless Steel, designed for durability and everyday wear.
How do I care for my jewelry?
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before swimming or sauna.
- Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box provided.
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to maintain shine.
Will the gold plating fade?
With proper care, 18K gold-plated stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing. Avoiding moisture and chemicals will significantly extend the life of your piece.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right chain length?
Chain lengths vary by style. As a general guide:
- 14–16 inches — sits at the collarbone (choker/collar length)
- 18 inches — falls just below the collarbone (most popular)
- 20 inches — sits at the chest
- 24 inches — falls at the décolletage

Do you offer adjustable lengths?
Some styles include an adjustable extender chain. Check the individual product description for details.

Is gift packaging available?
Every AANCHÉ order arrives in our signature branded keepsake box, complete with a branded jewelry pouch — no extra steps needed. Your piece is gift-ready from the moment it arrives.
